Jaspersoft's In-Memory Analysis capability within JasperServer lets business users explore their multi-dimensional data – pivoting, drilling, sorting, and filtering – without the overhead of a data warehouse or traditional MDX-based OLAP technology. The In-Memory Analysis service can be configured to leverage either high-performance in-memory processing, or highly-scalable DBMS processing of analysis operations.

OLAP Analysis Services - Advanced, Powerful Analysis

JasperAnalysis provides a powerful, web-based online analytical processing (OLAP) capability so business users can explore data to discover causes, spot trends, patterns, anomalies, and visualize correlations. It does the heavy analytical lifting that would be either too difficult or too expensive to perform using standard SQL-based query and reporting.

JasperAnalysis contains built-in aggregate awareness to speed performance against large data volumes. It complies with de facto OLAP standards such as the MDX multi-dimensional expressions query language, and XMLA.
